Erbil Peshmarga FC to open training camp in Turkey

ERBIL, August 18 (AKnews) – The secretary of Erbil Peshmarga Football
Club said the club will open a training camp in Turkey to improve the
club’s preparation for next season.
Nihad Adel said: "We will open a training camp in Istanbul for the club, which will last 10 days.
"The
delegation consists of 31 members. The training camp will run in a
modern sport area. Erbil Peshmarga Club will play some friendly matches
with Turkish teams as well."
The secretary added: "Erbil
Peshmarga Club's eyes are on the title of Kurdistan premier league next
season and they will do their best to achieve that."
Erbil
Peshmarga Club was established in 2004 and has many male and female
teams. They came in first place in the Kurdistan Region and Iraq’s
championships.
Fourteen clubs have confirmed their
participation for the next season of the premier league. The premier
league matches will be played in two rounds. Erbil Peshmarga will face
Brusk Club in its first match.
