KRG spokesman: Iraqi
constitution “outlines” Kurdish border
A spokesman for the
presidency of the Kurdistan Region, on condition of anonymity, denied reports
that Massoud Barzani has “given up” some Kurdish areas.
“Our position is that the
borders of the Kurdistan Region have been outlined by Article 140 of the Iraqi
constitution which also prescribes solutions to disputed areas,” said the
source.
