Erbil agreement is best choice for solving crisis, says Shawais

ERBIL, August 18 (AKnews) – Iraq's Deputy Prime Minister Rozj Nouri
Shawais said the Erbil agreement is the best choice for solving Iraq’s
political crisis because the country needs a real shared government.
Shawais
confirmed that many times they denied the current political crisis is a
personal problem between the Kurdistan Region's President Masoud
Barzani and Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki but rather a matter of
two different opinions.
The political leadership view in the
Kurdistan Region involves the implementation of the basics of federalism
and decentralization, said the deputy PM.
Iraqis agreed to implement federalism and what is mentioned in Iraq’s constitution, added the deputy.
Implementing the Erbil agreement will solve many current issues, the deputy believed.
Shawais stressed: "Iraq needs a real shared government and Erbil’s government can guarantee that."
