Iraq's foreign minister meets Arab delegation

ERBIL, June 30 (AKnews) – Iraq's Foreign Minister Wushiar Zebari met with Qatar's PM and Foreign Minister Hamad bin Jasim al-Thani, Kuwait's Foreign Minister Subah al-Khaled al-Subah and general secretary of the Arab League Nabil al-Arabi to discuss Syrian issues.
In the meeting the parties talked about Iraq's position towards Syria as a neighboring country and as head of the Arab summit, said a statement from Zebari’s office.
Zebari also met with the foreign ministers of both Russia and China to brief them on Iraq's position to reach a political agreement about the Syrian crisis. This was part of consultations ahead of the international group meeting on Syria and the desire of the Russian and Chinese ministers to know Iraq's view point.
