BAGHDAD, May 25 (AKnews)- Four major political leaders who demand Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki be replaced will meet after two days in Mosul, an MP said.

The political parties will hold the third meeting in Mosul to end the current crisis in the country, said TalaMalikil al-Zubyaee of Iraqiya List.

This will become the third meeting of Sadr Current Leader Muqtada a-Sadr Kurdistan's President Massoud Barzani, Iraqiya List Leader Ayad Allawi and speaker of the Iraqi House of Representatives Osama al-Nujaifi.

The leaders met in Erbil for the first time on April 28 when they set a 15-day deadline for State of Law Coalition (SLC) leader and PM Maliki to end his "unilateral" ruling or else they will withdraw confidence from his government.

The deadline ended last week and the four leaders met for the second time in Najaf where they sent a second letter to the National Alliance (NA) and demanded it replace Maliki. The deadline set in the second letter ends tomorrow.

Zubayee expected the third meeting "should end with a real position concerning what the political situation is undergoing in terms of media provocation and incriminations on the part of SLC, [which is]a bid to complicate the political scene.

"There is a strategic agreement between the Iraqiya, the Kurdistan Blocs Coalition[KBC] and the Sadr Current …. these political forces can resolve many situations and act swiftly with regard to the current events."

While the four leaders are pushing the NA to replace Maliki there are some components in the super Shiite alliance which have expressed their support for Maliki.

These forces according to SLC MP Salam al-Mousawi are the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, the Badr Organization, the Fadhila(Virtue)Party and the SLC.

Mousawi also said that the NA will meet tomorrow to issue its stance over Najaf meeting letter.
