Faili Kurds suffered a lot during Saddam era

Erbil, Feb. 8 (AKnews) – According to the Historical sources, the Faille Kurdish Community is the major element of Iraqi Community, had terribly suffered and been suppressed a lot under former Baath party, led by Saddam Hussein for almost three decades.   
The Faille’s Kurdish community has blamed both the central government and the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) their rights and privileges are still elusive and KRG has not collected its real efforts to work on the obscene rights which were banned during formal regime system.
Regarding to the matter, the Presidency Revolution Council of former Baath regime had amended the decision (666) to push out all the Faille’s Kurds into ancestors land to the Islamic Republic of Iran and occupied the entire lands and possessions, including canceling Identifications due to its sympathy for Iran authorities in 1980.
 “We feel regretful to the Faille Kurdish due to ostracizing the enormous number of its leaders and chiefs, including engaging their lands and possessions as well as the expelling operations against them during former Baath system,” said Shabaq Radio Chief.    
“The Faille’s Kurdish is still suffering from lack of its rights and public distributions in the Sand box (Iraq) by both the central government and KRG, even though down fall previous Baath regime,” Jawed Faille told the Independent National News Agency of Kurdistan (AKnews).  
  “The central government is still working on the previous law by formal Baath revulsion council which was banned the community major rights and privileges to set back its home lands and reorganization of their identifications as well as material possessions and resources,” the Kurdistan MP, Ali Hussein Faille released.  
  According to the Red Cross Committee’s estimations from 1980 “more than 480 Kurdish families had expelled from its homeland powerfully to Iran, excepting the excluded ones at the beginning of 1970,” Hussein said.  
“KRG must collect its efforts to give back the Faille’s humanitarian rights and privileges and come to force the set laws that are amended according to their rights,” he added.  
“We have faced several obstacles to improve the Faille’s basic rights for returning its occupied possessions and resources as well as introducing their national identities, thus we need the political decision to support and insist on their rights due to each banned national identification cards of any Iraqis must be backed according to the national amended law number 26 from 2006,” the Iraqi MP from Kurdistani list, and the Immigration Commission Chief, Abdul Khaliq Zangana stated.  
The Stat’s Criminal Court had taken into consideration the Kurdish Faille’s case by setting its first session against 6 previous Baath parties’ leaders and the most prominent ones were former intelligent leader and Saddam’s step-brother, Ali Hasan al-Majid and formal deputy Prime Minister, Tariq Aziz on Jan 17,2009.
