3 Kirkuk blast victims in bad conditions

 

Erbil, 1 July (AKnews) – Three out of the 7 injured people in Kirkuk’s Tuesday blast, who were transferred to Kurdistan region, are in serious conditions, Kurdistan region’s health minister said in press conference.

 

30 injured people in the Kirkuk blast have been moved to Kurdistan region’s hospitals, Zryan Osman said.

 

“We sent 20 ambulances to Kirkuk yesterday and transferred 20 injured people who were in serious conditions to Erbil and Sulaimaniya.” He said.

 

Three of the injured, 2 women and one child who have been placed under medical supervision, are receiving treatment, he said.

 

Osman put the death toll at 33, while the number of the wounded has risen to 93.

 

On Tuesday afternoon, a car bomb exploded in front of the Omar Khattab mosque in Shorija quarter in Kirkuk, leaving 33 dead and injuring more than 93 people.
