Iraqi universities working on progress

Najaf, Feb.8 (AKnews).The president of Kufa University said on Monday that a delegation from the university visited Kuala Lumpur, the Malaysian Capital for the scientific corporation and cultural exchange.
"signing this memorandum may extend the International corporation field to the university which experienced overtures lots of Universities in the world to benefit from its experiences and advanced expertise ".Abd –Al-Razak Eesaa told the Independent National News Agency of Kurdistan (AKnews).
He explained that "signing the memorandum came after he visits Kuala Lumpur where he acquainted with Putra University current programs and their educational plans and facilities ".
Eesaa added "the memorandum stipulated that both Universities have common interests to increase cooperation and joint cultural action in education" noting that "they are eager to deepen the cultural relations in both sides ".
He said "the understanding memorandum will remain effective for five years subjected to renewal; it requires exchanging educational board, administration, research staff and students. The memorandum noted also to cooperate on research projects and establishing joint programs ".
